Peace of Mind, financial-wise

December 15, 2009

One of the major things that bothers people and take out their peace of mind is when they are caught in that big debt hole. I used to have credit card problems and I tell you how hard it is to take your mind off it. While having coffee today at Barnes&Nobles, I chanced upon this video which tackles practical tips to get out of Credit Card Debt. Here they are:

  1. Spend less than we earn.
  2. Distinguish bad debt from good debt.
  3. Retain Credit Card/s with Lower Interest Rate.
  4. Pay the Overall Monthly Minimum.
  5. Order the credit card bills from highest interest rate to lowest interest rate charge.
  6. Ask the Credit Card Company for a reduction in the Interest Rate.
