Clean Lifestyle

April 26, 2010

Each time a new year sets in, people close to me, and including me, always talk about living a healthier lifestyle. This is part of our new year’s resolutions. But it is our ability to be consistent that truly matters. While I do not have any vice and have not been drinking nor smoking for many years now, my dad is a huge smoker of CAO cigars. He would often buy cigars online and try out this particular cigar humidifier so that people in the house wouldn’t be affected by the 2nd hand smoking. We tried to stop him from smoking, but I guess it would be really hard as he has been smoking from as young an age as 15 and that is like more than 50 more years ago now. I am not really sure what effect it will have on his body as he grows older but I hope he tries to lessen his smoking. I am not saying the smoking is good or bad but more so, I hope smokers learn to be less addictive to nicotine and are responsible enough to not smoke when they are surrounded by many people. And if you do, make sure to consult your doctor first before proceeding with your vices. Have a happy Sunday everyone!
