Anger Management.
My mom would often refer to me as someone who is very reactive when it comes to my emotions especially when I am mad, stressed out and angry. Over the years, I learned that it would do no good if I make decisions out of a reaction from an angry state, so yes, I am trying to control my emotions when I am mad and make sure to sleep it over before reacting to the situation. This quote from Grey’s Anatomy is so true. The next time you get mad, think about it.

So what makes anger different from the six other deadly sins? It’s pretty simple really, you give into a sin like envy or pride and you only hurt yourself. Try lust or coveting and you’ll only hurt yourself and one or two others. But anger, anger is the worst… the mother of all sins… Not only can anger drive you over the edge, when it does you can take an awful lot of people with you.
