Simple Living
Have you ever asked yourself how easy life was when you were young? Life seems to have become extremely complicated, so complicated that we sit in parks and look jealously at children playing with sand and rides, which we couldn’t do even if we wanted to now. What you do not realize is that life is still simple. It will always be.
The difference between us and a child is that when we were children, we saw the world with innocent, hopeful, and simple eyes. There were no concealed intentions or biases. The difference between a good person and a bad person was the smile or the frown on their faces. We did not see a sinister reason behind someone’s smile. All these qualities slowly get replaced by negative influences from the surroundings and we begin to question our innocent intentions. As we kept growing, we kept stacking pain in your hearts and collecting biases. To reduce these pains we drink to numb the pains. To obtain happiness and make ourselves feel better we go for materialistic things like expensive clothes and cars. For these things we take numerous debts such as which range from small payday loans and credit card debts to huge loans. To pay these off we work twice as hard. This way slowly but surely, we keep making our lives complicated and difficult. We keep forgetting what we really were and what we actually want.
Life is quite simple and following what is simple will help us make the right decision. You don’t have to learn from anyone to live a simple life, you just need to remember who you were. Stop trying to read other people’s minds, instead communicate with them. Keep your professional and personal lives separate. Avoid expenses that you cannot pay off with a small part of your monthly income.
