Regular Run

We have given up the thought that we will ever come back in our neighborhood gym. We lasted only for 2 months. You see, DH and I have committed ourselves to a 2-3 times a week gym session but we just got really bored that after a week of gym hiatus, we realized we needed something to do outdoors specially now that Spring is here. So this week, we started our run routines. Running the soccer field where DS plays and oh boy, we needed natural arthritis pain relief after every run hee hee. We looked like old couple, hilarious run I must admit. I swear, this running thing is much more effective workout than the treadmill. Imagine me losing 2 lbs in a span of 1 week, yes, that quick!
