thankful for friends

One of the things that I am really thankful for my 33rd birthday are warm wishes and birthday thoughts from my very small social circle. I used to have a large number of friends until we left my home country and limit my association with merely acquiantances or so-called-”friends”. I did not actually feel jaded because of not-so-good past relationships but more so, become less trusting and extremely picky with friends. I bet if I were still the same gullible and very friendly girl I used to be, I bet I’d go Joe Rocket Ballistic whenever friends started to drift away hee hee.
