Materialistic

One of the advices my mom would always tell me is to watch out how much I get attached to material things. What kind of parents want her kids to grow up being too materialistic and center their lives with material things? Of course she is far from that and yes, I may love shopping but I try to watch out how much time I spent on online shopping. But there are things that we really need to treasure such as my engagement and wedding rings which of course are symbols of love and devotion. Now, I am thinking whether this engagement ring insurance package is worth getting.
